The view from the pool and hotel was like nothing else on Paros. While driving around the island on ATV which was arranged by Parea we could not help but notice that there wasn’t a hotel like this. The breakfast was good. The room while a bit small had all necessary amenities including a beautiful balcony and view and was very clean and well kept. The pool had multiple lounge chairs, towels and even sunscreen. The staff was so helpful with recommendations and very kind. So glad we chose Parea. Wish we stayed longer and can’t wait to return!

Pictures don’t do this place justice! It was stunning! Very clean and comfortable beds! Legit a 2 min walk to the main area and private parking right outside (make sure you get a small car as the back roads leading to the apartment is very tight!) each bedroom had its own bathroom with a shower! Washing machine was a great bonus!

We had an excellent stay! The resort is beautiful, the staff are kind, and it is in a great location. We enjoyed visiting with the kitties that live on the property and relaxing both in and out of our room.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience staying at this charming family-run accommodation in Paros. From the moment we arrived, the owners made us feel genuinely welcome — it felt more like visiting family than staying at a hotel. They went above and beyond to make our trip stress-free and enjoyable. They kindly arranged our transfers to and from the port, helped us rent a scooter so we could explore the island with ease, and gave excellent recommendations for local restaurants and hidden spots to visit. Every suggestion they gave us turned out to be a gem — clearly, they know and love their island deeply. The property itself was spotless and well-kept, with a relaxed and peaceful atmosphere. One of the little touches that stood out was the offer to help with laundry, which was so appreciated during our travels.

We loved everything about Zoumis Residence. The pool and bar area was fantastic and the close location to the main bar and restaurant strip was perfect. Having it located right next door to a winery was also a lovely surprise and The bed was so comfortable.
