In a city with many outdated hotels, Urban Bay was very modern, clean, and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and we even received an upgrade upon arrival, which was very much appreciated. Overall, I’d totally recommend it.

Location was up the mountain over looking the coast. Room was very clean air condition unit in living room only so needs to have the bedrooms door open if you need cooling. Very nice coffee machine. Would have loved two more pods as there were four of us. Over all a very nice place. The roof top area was great. Too bad we didn’t have time for jacuzzi and a glass of wine.

There was also complimentary wine in the room — thank you for your hospitality.

The staff was very friendly and always ready to help. The hotel is just right on the beach, the beach area is private-only for hotel guests which we liked a lot. Food and the staff in the restaurant both are very nice! P.S. Try the smoothies they offer on the beach bar,they are amazing! 😊🥤🥰

Very clean, spacious space, brand new modern design, a lot of details already thought of, kind gifts from Niko and the team. Made us all feel at home. It is 25 min drive to limenas, where ferries land and the night life is intense, if that is what you are looking for. Driving did not bother us, so feel confident if you are looking for a clean, modern place with gusto. He has some good recommendations around for dining as well.

The owner met us at the arrival. He explained everything and advised us also with the nearest café and best restaurant at the seaside. It was very clean and comfortable. In the morning we made a porridge, because you have all the kitchen staff. Thank you for tea and jam!
