The Hotel comprises 206 rooms and suites, an Executive Lounge with outdoor terrace, a deli, bar and restaurant all surrounded by lush abundant greenery, 2 meeting rooms with natural daylight, 24-hrs gym and a large 25 m outdoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi. I love how organize and spacious the hotel. The location is very great as well. The staffs are friendly and super helpful in any way. Big thanks also to Edith who assisted us in checking-in. She’s very professional and friendly, very easy to converse and answers our questions clearly. We really enjoyed our stay.

Designed by famous local architects, the stylish Hotel ICON enjoys harbour views in Tsim Sha Tsui East Kowloon. It presents a rooftop outdoor heated pool, pampering spa services and a health club. Certified with the Indoor Environment Quality, the hotel implemented with additional hygiene measures, including UV light installed air conditioning system and negative air pressure ventilation system for all guest rooms. Breakfast had everything and a lovely variety. Location was very good close to everything and easily accessible to attractions with the close by public transport

Spacious and air-conditioned, all guestrooms are decorated with a fusion of Western and Chinese elements. They are equipped with a 65" Smart TV with Chrome Cast streaming and mirroring, a DVD player and an iPod dock. Some rooms include a Nespresso machine or specially formulated toiletries from Paris. The marble en suite bathroom comes with a deep soaking tub and a separate walk-in rainshower.

Pampering massage treatments, steam rooms and saunas are available at the spa. We stayed three nights, and the experience was incredible from start to finish. Upon arrival, the staff took care of every detail to make our stay memorable. Special thanks to Alex for his warm welcome and the special attention given to our son upon arrival. The room was spacious, elegantly decorated, and fully equipped to ensure our comfort. The service was impeccable, and the facilities, particularly the spa and pool, met our expectations for a hotel of this caliber. The dining options were also outstanding, with a varied and high-quality breakfast. At our departure, Charles showed great kindness toward us and our child, making a perfect end to our stay. A huge thank you to the entire team for such a warm welcome. I highly recommend this hotel for a luxury stay in Hong Kong.

The WIRED Business Centre provides computer workstations and secretarial services. Location cannot get better as Airport express and Kowloon station just below the hotel. Room on 30th floor was very nice with beautiful view.. next time more ocean view i want.. superb quality of entire staff right from the entrance.. as i had more luggage, the bell boy came to drop me at the airport express with out saying anything.. this is like a Disney culture..where any staff member goes out of their way to help customers..! hats off..!

We loved the location of the hotel, breakfast was sensational,and the choices were wonderful, staff were really lovely. Bottled water supplied in abundance.

Supervised activities for young children are also available at Camp Hyatt. Very near the Rail station and access is very nice to anywhere. Not far from Hongkog city. Restrant is very nice and staff is very friendly and kind. Thank you for all staff help.
