Everything was really nice and well set up—from the entrance gate all the way to the room. Everything is kid-friendly. Our daughter loved the lion-shaped room key card! They even provide bathrobes for the little ones. In the restaurant area, there’s also a special section just for kids. The water park and play area were super fun, even for adults. We visited in April, so the warm pool water was a big plus. The spa for adults was great too.

The facility is cared for by a team of well trained, kind, and capeable staff. The needs of guests are prioritized and the city is a historical gem to walk around. The beds are like sleeping on a cloud, rooms clean, wifi is consistantly 20mb up and down. The jacuzzi, saunas, indoor and outdoor pools, billiard table and game rooms are always immaculate. Breakfast buffet is delicious, fresh with several hot and cold dishes as well as juice and coffee, tea....Air con and heating are quiet and works perfectly.

Everything was spotlessly clean. Even the spa and the bathrooms by the restaurant. The cleaning staff is exceptional. The variety and the quality of the food was amazing for a 4 star hotel. Great breakfast and very nice dinner with plenty of options, everything looked fresh and was tasty. Attentive, flexible and professional staff. The spa has a very good atmosphere, well-organized, smells amazing and the staff regularly checked temperature and cleaness. Warm pool and jacuzzi with a variety of saunas, plenty of sunbeds and massage service you can take advantage of. The rooms are spacious, comfortable bed and linen.

The whole experience was really comfortable, especially traveling with a 6 month old. They offer everything you could possibly need having a baby. It’s a great escape but it’s also next to town where you can take a nice walk or take a short drive to the lake.

Annie Villa exceeded my expectations. The room was comfortable, spacious, modern, and clean. The villa's location is fantastic; it is close to town and the shore. The owners and the staff were friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this place.
