What truly stood out, though, was the people. Every staff member we encountered was genuinely kind, warm, and helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure all our needs were met. I can’t recommend this place enough. A truly memorable experience!

Additionally, the housekeeping team displayed remarkable attention to detail, meticulously recording every aspect of the room. They always sought permission before taking any action, demonstrating their respect for guests’ privacy and preferences. The security team also played a vital role, carrying out their duties diligently to ensure our safety and peace of mind throughout our stay. Their vigilance and readiness to assist further added to the overall sense of comfort and trust. It was truly a memorable experience, thanks to the outstanding service and dedication of the entire hotel staff.

The pillows were very comfortable and they have pillow menu and the loft was designed nicely. The staff are the nicest people, which is not strange in Bali. very nice location. I will definitely come back.
