This place was one of those wonderful surprises you sometimes find when travelling. Service was 10/10 always attentive and with a smile. The food both at breakfast and dinner was spectacular especially the crusted salmon, potato chowder and Sushi rolls - we were in heaven. We are so grateful to Rati, Bande (Smiley) and Noomia especially for their warmth and for explaining and showing us the Balinese culture so enthusiastically. And a big thankyou to Gusti for the unexpected upgrade to the amazing Cempuka Pool Villa. Ubud is so beautiful and rustic and charming - we will be back (to this hotel)!!

Boasting a private beach and surrounded by tropical gardens, Hyatt Regency Bali is located in Sanur. Guests enjoy garden view from the elegant rooms. The staff was really kind and helpful. The Regency Club access is a must have. With it you can enjoy the cocktail hours which is way beyond your imagination (drinks and foods). The bbq restaurant was also exeptional. We were 3 different city in Bali (Ubud, Gili and Sanur). Be prepared that this Hotel (and Sanur Beach itself) is similar to western, european trends, not traditional style. It is not a good or bad thing, just a fact. It is your choice which do you prefer.
