It was very comfortable. Food was great. Most importantly, the staff was so lovely. All were friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we were well cared for. I wish I could name them all, but to name a few: Vanessa, Violina, Jennifer, Adhit, Friska and Rejal.

The frontdesk, hotel lobby and security staff were very polite and helpful. Our rooms are cleaned and tidy daily without fail by the housekeeping staff. The breakfast had many varieties. Waiters and waitresses were polite and helpful.

Location is the best! Lots of Massage & eateries nearby hotel. Famous K2 Food Court is just 3 mins walk and Grand Batam Mall is 8 mins walk.
Service is also good. We were given a double bed room on 1st floor, we then requested for a higher floor, they gave us a twin bed on a higher floor and later housekeeping join the bed for us. We asked for more pillows at night and they provided at once.

Crown Vista Hotel has an outdoor swimming pool, fitness center, a garden and terrace in Nagoya. Offering a restaurant, the property also features a bar, as well as a hot tub.
The location of the hotel was really nearby to the mall, and the room was spacious and clean. The staff is good and friendly, especially to technical staff whom solves our room wifi issue until resolved even it's taking times they're really making an effort to resolve it. Overall we are satisfied with our stay & definitely will repeat again.

The room has very relaxing ambience, tho its not a new hotel, they maintained it well, bkfast has variaty of food, only a bit crowded over the weekends, aircond is very stable, bathtub is also big feels like Jacuzzi. My kids love it.

Super quiet place. Spacious house where you can find everything for cooking, living, relaxing and playing different games like badminton, golf etc. Highly recommend renting a golf car, because it is too far from other hotels where we went to the restaurants, beach and swimming pool. Oliver was always in touch and helped us with transfer
