Style, decoration, staff and location are some of the best features of this hotel. We were transiting in Jakarta and chose The Orient solely because it was near the MRT Station and Benhil. Haven't heard of it before, nor my friends in Jakarta. We thought there are actually only appartements here. As we arrived, the staff were very friendly. Upgraded us to one of the most spacious hotel rooms in Jakarta we have ever seen :). He showed as around and explain about all the facilities (Pools, Bars, Restaurtant, Library, Gym, etc). There is pool on 5th floor and then another one on the rooftop which also host a jacuzzi. Rooftop bar has some of the best view of Jakarta skyline and drinks+snacks are also great. The comfortable room was nicely decorated, nice amenities and the matress was great! Breakfast menu+buffet is one of the best :). We really liked the hotel that on the way back, we went to The Orient again, and cancel our booking on another hotel!

MORAZEN Surabaya har en god beliggenhed i Genteng-distriktet i Surabaya. The high standard of the hotel stood out by the hotel staff at ALL levels. The room was spotless, and water and bed were great. The view from the 20th floor (room 2010) was goods looking down at the traffic. Similar view from the bar located on the 21st floor. Breakfast and dinner selection were huge, with the dining room making you feel like a VIP. Did not use the pool or excise area. Location to all the places on my bucket list was easy, either walking or taxi.
