The hotel is extremely well run, only 10min walk from Borobudur temple complex. the food was high end, delicious and abundant. Vegetarian and vegan options exist and the staff is well trained in navigating this.

Located right in the heart of Jakarta and just minutes' walk away from the city's famous landmark, Selamat Datang Monument, and adjacent to the iconic Plaza Indonesia Shopping Mall, Grand Hyatt... This is a beautiful 5-start hotel in a prime location. It's close to the MRT and there's 2 nearby shopping malls, Plaza Indonesia (high-end luxury shops) which is connected to the hotel, and Grand Indonesia (upper middle class shops) which is just across the road. It has a pool, a salon (doesn't cut kids' hair), gym, and 4 restaurants with 1 of them open 24hrs/day. The rooms are well appointed, comfortable, clean, and big. There's lots of shopping, restaurants, and cafes nearby. My wife loved the restaurant decor, she said it was so pretty. I loved the breakfast, it was wonderful and always had lots of options; several cooked-to-order.
