The breakfast was exceptional and the staff was extraordinary. the chefs and the servers and everyone was like a family in just few hours. it was truly home away from home and everyone was genuine and superb. room was extraordinary and facilities. i left my heart there and miss every moment. i really wish i can go there again and each time ill choose this hotel. their Saturday brunch was also amazing. Room service was quick and food was great. loved every moment.

Conveniently situated in the centre of Jakarta, The Orient Jakarta, a Royal Hideaway Hotel provides air-conditioned rooms, an outdoor swimming pool, free WiFi and a fitness centre. usually I seldom stay in 5 star hotel since it usually look similar in business trip, it makes me feel bored and just for sleep. however there are so many surprises during the stay here. love all the oriental interior design. the king size bed is extremely comfortable, had wonderful sleep after whole week business traveling. and the 2 pools at 5th floor and roof. with fantastic design and light in the evening, and wonderful sunshine in the morning . the staff are helpful and with kind smile. really enjoy and relax in the orient hotel. will definitely visit again with families!

The room was very spacious, the view from the room was amazing, you can sky the skyline of Jakarta from there and the windows were quite wide and open which made the view even better .. the staff is amazing and really helpful .. the SPA was amazing as well, the facilities are so new so we could enjoy everything

We loved the hotel, the entire experience was great! The staff was friendly, polite and helpful. The room was clean and everything we needed was there. Complete facilities: Hairdryer, ironing board +iron, a very nice selection of minibar and snacks. Enough water, tea and coffee. The shower is great, very spacious and can give hot water. Sometimes hot water is a problem in hotels, not here. Relaxing rainshower. Toilet with built in bidet, a box full of personal equipment (toothbrushes, toothpaste, comb, mouthwater, showercap, sewing set etc) The room was clean, no strange smells or smoke. Also it was quiet enough, we didn't hear the street. Only the mosques were observable. Adam the concierge was very friendly and helpful with loading our luggage into the car.

Location, facilities, amenities and of course, the lovely staff! We had a lovely siblings reunion there and our stay was perfect. The location was very central and having a mall nearby (Astha) was a lovely surprise as well, as we didn’t have to go far for a meal or shopping. We also love the Artesian Bar, we went there on our first night and they served great cocktails 🍸 100% will be back.

The design is very unique and stunning and the rooms/stupas are amazing and spacious. I would love to permanently live in one. The beds are super comfortable. The swimming pool is lovely, and a nice warm whirlpool. Rooftop has a great view over the mountains and nature. Service is beyond friendly and helpful. Very short walk to Borobudur, with a beautiful surrounding. Definitely recommend this hotel, especially when visiting Borobudur. We regret not staying here longer.

This hotel is fantastic. Located in a very strategic location. I love the breakfast. Plus, they also have sauna and jacuzzi there. I will definitely stay here again the next time I visit Surabaya!
