Located in the heart of Surabaya, a 3-minute walk to Tunjungan Plaza, Hotel Majapahit Surabaya MGallery offers rooms with a marble and gold plated bathroom. The room was very comfortable and cozy, perfect for recharging after a few days of physical activities. It was also valentines day and the hotel made special arrangements with my partner to give me a surprise. The facilities and amenities were great, and the location was convenient to explore the bustling parts of the city.

It was clean, comfortable, spacious, homely, and the view was stunningly beautiful. It was furnished with a comfortable electronic reclining sofa, a massive Samsung Smart TV, it had a watercooler which also dispensed boiling hot water, the huge fridge freezer, multiple toilets and bathrooms, and washing facilities so yoi can wash your clothes and hang them on the balcony to dry which was great for us with 3 kids. Honestly amazing experience and would stay again tomorrow if we could. The staff were polite and helpful. And the host was very communicative and responsive which was nice as we had a couple of questions during our stay. Thank you for accommodating us.

Absolutely perfect – we’ll definitely be back! We had an unforgettable 10 days at Jessy’s Homestay! The food was absolutely fantastic – every meal freshly prepared with so much love and flavor. The entire place is super clean; our room was cleaned daily, the bed made fresh every morning, and we even got new towels every day – just amazing! The indoor pool is beautiful and perfect for relaxing after a day out. Paul and Sri, their daughter Jessie, and the whole staff are incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. They made us feel like part of their family from day one. The surfing at the near by beach is hard to beat. Getting to the beach is just a 2min walk. Leaving after 10 wonderful days was really hard – thank you all for this amazing time. We’ll definitely come back one day! ❤️🌴

Excellent hotel, extremely well maintained and with all imaginable services (outdoor pool, gym, restaurant, rooftop terrace, spa center, laundry service...). The staff we have met is really nice and have helped us in every way they could (and always with a smile!). We found the restaurant very good and with a lot of variety, and it is also open late, which is always useful. The breakfast buffet is frankly spectacular and very varied. We can say little about the location because we have not walked through the area.
