Lakeside Hotel & Leisure Centre has a stunning location on the banks of the River Shannon. It is 20 km from Limerick and Nenagh, and just off the N7. The location, service, cleanliness, food, staff and the entire experience was wonderful. I have stayed in many hotels and very few can compete with Lakeside Hotel. The stay filled me with joy, I would recommend this property 100%.

This beautiful seaside accommodation combines superb service, a relaxing spa and spectacular golf links for a luxurious stay on the coast, 45 minutes from Shannon Airport. The resort was absolutely stunning and filled you with wonder as you drove up on it. Though it was costly, everything about the property made you want to snuggle up and stay. We checked into the links villas after dark. We reached out to order room service and while we were waiting, they sent a van over to pick us up to explore the lodge. Again, everything was stunning. By the time we got back to the villa, the dinner was arriving. The delivery person brought the basket in and set each dinner out around the table and then pulled out the appropriate flatware and glasses so we didn’t need to fumble around the kitchen. Of all the places we stayed while in Ireland (and we stayed in a castle that had been turned into a resort!) this was by far our favorite. In fact, I would say that the Tump IGL&H is the most luxurious place we’ve ever stayed between the property and the way we were treated. In fact, I looked into buying the mattress and was sadly disappointed because the company does not serve the USA.

The most beautiful place we’ve ever been! The host is just incredible and nothing is too much trouble. The welcome basket was a lovely touch as well as fresh bar of beautiful soap and toiletries. The bed is so comfortable and the how place is just paradise including the outdoor tub and seating area. The outdoor shower was such a treat with a view towards the sea. It’s been designed with luxury and you’ll struggle to find anywhere nicer!

The whole Are of Lemonade Cottages was amazing 😊 The hosts werwere so friendly and always available if we neneeded them. It is also dog friendly so that really helped because it's so hard to find those nowadays. We got a beautiful house as well with a lovely kitchen and two very lovely rooms with very comfy beds. My dog also loved that. A bit of a drive to Kilrush but totally worth it with how beautiful the hosts and house was. Right smack in the countryside and that made it even more magical. They had a lovely Hot Tub which was very cozy with a games room,beside it perfect for kids. We will definitely be coming back with the dogs and Highly recommend. The house was so clean too which was lovely.

Fisherstreet Lodge is centrally located in the sweet little town of Doolin. Very neat with everything you could need and more! Including a wonderful hot tub! Woke up each morning with horses and vows right outside our window! Dara was such a wonderful ambassador for her community and gave us lots of advice on what to see and when to see it! We were very sad to leave this little bit of paradise!

You really need a few days here to take it in and really appreciate overlooking all the farms. The Hot tub was so cute (for 2), the bathtub incredible, The bed was so comfortable and had the same views in giant windows. The host provided goodies and shampoo/soap and delicious nespresso and tea! Home as washer no dryer.The rustic decor was charming: real wood furnishings, slate floor, etc. We drove to an easy few min to Doolin to enjoy dinner and pubs. We used it as a base for cliffs, doolin and galway.
