Everything, the hotel and ALL the staff are polite, attentive, the service was simply superb. The Management team should be congratulated for running an absolutely amazing hotel. It was simply the best hotel we stayed in, in India, the breakfast was amazing, the attention to detail in the rooms was amazing and the pool staff couldn’t do enough for you. We ate in the Italian restaurant twice and the food was just superb. We arrived very tired at 5-45am on our first day, the staff told us to sit down and they would come over to us and arrange check-in. They provided us with changing facilities and then we had breakfast before going out for our morning tour of old Delhi. Nothing was to much trouble for any member of staff. We will definitely be returning. Thank you for making our last few days in India so memorable.

It was a very great stay. The hotel is located in crowded location of the city centre but from one side everything is nearby, for another it’s a calm place where you can take a rest. Room was very comfortable but what’s the most important the staff was very kind, helpful and professional (special thanks and best regards for the very kind guy at the reception). I highly recommend you to choose this hotel when you’ll be staying in Delhi.

Exceptionally well-rounded five star property. Amazed by the presence and helpfulness of staff. I got the Royal club room which was pretty good but little small as compared to other hotels for a longer stay. Excellent facilities, location, safety, food. Kudos!
