Superbly decorated and amazing front terrace area. The apartment has 2 ensuite bedrooms, a huge dining area, couple of sofas and a small kitchen. Nikhill has done the work himself and it looks amazing. Priya was also great. At the property I mainly dealt with Pusker. A very friendly 'butler' who also washed and dried my clothes for me while I was out on a tour. I truly could not have asked for a better place to stay. I highly recommend this place as you won't be disappointed.

Hotel rooms are very small, however said that if you are alone and on work trip it should not matter. The rooms are quiet comfortable, the shower is very good .Hot water was great .The bed is comfortable. The location is also good difficult to find but its in the center where you can easily move around if you like to,lot of small restaurants, bars ,and also street food available. Also a special mention to the Front office Mr Mohamed he was super nice and very cheerful person, always happy to help, he organized a half a day drip from Delhi ,also evening he organized auto and taxi for me to move around and good recommendation for dinner. They have their in house driver so you don't have to worry about bargaining or anything like that. Which i felt was great considering the safety issues .

The recently refurbished Shangri-La Eros New Delhi offers 5 dining options and an outdoor swimming pool. India Gate is 2.5 km and Jantar Mantar is 1.3 km away. There was a decent spread available for breakfast, and I tasted most of it. I asked the live-station chef to make a special Dosa. He did the honours and I thoroughly enjoyed it! Mr. Hashir (one of the stewards) surprised me by handing over a delectable fruit waffle - I truly appreciate his gesture. At the time of checking in, which was past 1 am, the front office staff members were very professional and understanding of my long journey, and they made the arrangements swiftly. Mr. Anubav was very courteous and upgraded me to a higher room category. I thanked him profoundly for delighting a customer who was visiting for the very first time. Although my stay at the hotel was less than 13 hours, it made me very special, and I cherish the fond moments.
