It's a real case of value for money. The location, the breakfast, the staff, the restaurants, the rooms and the overall ambience are really nice. The hotel is incentive enough for me to warrant a second visit to the place. The Zafran restaurant is awesome and two items out of the three items that we'd had, Chicken Patiala and the Blueberry Cheesecake were perhaps the best two items that I'd had in a long, long time.

In the entry hall as well as in the bar oldtimer cars are exposed as decoration. The rooms were large and comfortable. Exceptional effort was made to decorate the hotel for the celebrations of Diwali.

The breakfast was good, the staff were all very friendly. The rooms were huge as well with a good view. I loved the rooftop bar as well, prices of food were not too expensive and they serve nice and cold draft beers, which is quite rare even at the 5-star hotels in Kolkata.
