I take this opportunity to thank the TIV team for the hospitality extended to me during my stay. The TIV team lead by Mr. Gaurav ensured that I was comfortable and took care of all my requests with a receptive and welcoming approach. Mr. Gaurav is not a typical "Manager" but a true "Leader" I saw him interacting with all guests and extending his support.
