It was a pleasure staying at the Sofitel BKC here in Mumbai. Firstly, the rooms are quite big and give off a very elegant vibe (not exactly my cup of tea) and I’m sure a lot of people like that. The gym is modern and even has the Kinesis machines, which are one of the safest machines to workout on. I am not sure I can say enough good things about the food. I enjoyed the breakfast and dinner buffets, and the wide variety of options to choose from. Lots of healthy options to choose and their biryani was spot on (hats off to the chef for that). And lastly, this hotel would be nothing without the staff. They are the heart and soul of this place and I want to thank them for their excellent service. Thank you to Pawan in housekeeping, Mahadev at the concierge, Mayur, Ravindra, Ayushri, Prasad at the restaurant for making this a memorable experience. It was a great experience overall, and I would recommend this without any reservations (you should make one though)

The Head of Security, Jyotikar and Ramesh were a tremendous help when we had a medical emergency, offering unconditional support and kindness and went above and beyond their duties to keep us comfortable...Also the Wait Staff at the Vista Restaurant, Mervyn and Ashish were absolutely 💯 courteous and quick to attend to our needs. We loved everything about our stay at The Taj Lands End, the room with a spectacular view, all the amenities and the wonderfully attentive staff.
