It was a pleasure staying at the Sofitel BKC here in Mumbai. Firstly, the rooms are quite big and give off a very elegant vibe (not exactly my cup of tea) and I’m sure a lot of people like that. The gym is modern and even has the Kinesis machines, which are one of the safest machines to workout on. I am not sure I can say enough good things about the food. I enjoyed the breakfast and dinner buffets, and the wide variety of options to choose from. Lots of healthy options to choose and their biryani was spot on (hats off to the chef for that). And lastly, this hotel would be nothing without the staff. They are the heart and soul of this place and I want to thank them for their excellent service. Thank you to Pawan in housekeeping, Mahadev at the concierge, Mayur, Ravindra, Ayushri, Prasad at the restaurant for making this a memorable experience. It was a great experience overall, and I would recommend this without any reservations (you should make one though)

We had a fantastic stay! All the staff was super friendly and kind. They took really great care of us from the start with a beautiful room and surprise cake as we were celebrating a birthday. The breakfast and overall service was amazing. We would come here again. Thank you!!
