United StatesThe host was amazing and helped us with a late arrival. Sent a person to open the gate and check us in to the property. The location was amazing - a slice of heaven in Tuscany. The breakfast was great with a full set of choices with breads, meats and juices and coffees. The lady was very accommodating with refills. It was served in an open area. We met an elderly couple who were travelling from Germany as well and we spent a good 2 hours chatting. This is a must visit location.

Countryside beautiful, lovely with great views next to apartment (as well as own hot tub). Second bigger pool 10 min walk at main reception area. Spacious, nicely furnished, lots of space for clothes etc. Restaurant delicious and well priced. Breakfast excellent.Totally recommend.

Lovely location great for couples and families. Near to the medieval town of Cortona. Lots to do including swimming pool, pretty and large grounds, lots of animals. Large room which had a bedroom, two bathroom areas and seating. Also enjoyed the two comfy chairs outside to relax in. We enjoyed the restaurant and had breakfast and dinner every evening. High quality food. Very helpful staff who really care about giving their guests a wonderful experience. We will be back and hoping to bring the family next time.

Beautifully and recently renovated former farmhouse set in developing landscaped garden with protective high rock wall behind and set on hillside with magnificent views. Spacious living areas at ground level and first level, good-sized bedrooms all with ensuites. Tastefully decorated. Comfortable beds. Lush garden zones including bbq area with seating, hammock, arbour dining and good-size jacuzzi

This is a stunning hotel in a very pretty part of the world. The rooms are super spacious, very modern. The use of the facilities such as the sauna, warm bath and pool area including the gym is all included. We really enjoyed our stay and will for sure book here again.

We stayed in a two bedroom ground floor flat situated directly below the owner’s villa. The owner and his family were available 24/7.
The property was exceptionally clean and finished to a high standard. There was a vast array of cooking equipment, plates, crockery and glasses.
The pool and garden area were really lovely and sun loungers and bathing towels were supplied.

Spacious villa with a full range of amenities.
Comfortable bed, plenty of towels, extra pillows and bed linen. Washing machine was a bonus.
Multiple types of coffee provided.
Close to grocery shopping.
Very close to Cortona and we appreciated the excellent restaurant recommendations.
A beautiful clean swimming pool with pool loungers allocated to each villa.
A private garden for reading and relaxing.

That is an amazing place. Beautiful Tuscany, great facility, fantastic views and air. Garden with a view, options like barbecue, jacuzzi and sauna, historical heritage all around. An important Franciscan sanctuary close by; the way there leads through nature national park. The hosts are amazing and very supportive. We want to go back there as soon as we can.
