The staff were super friendly and made check-in a breeze. My room was clean, comfy, and had everything I needed. Breakfast is excellent! Highly recommended! Loved the location—easy access to tram and bus station!

The place itself was beautiful, the bed was super comfortable, and everything was very clean. The dinner was the best meal we had on our trip, and the breakfast was amazing as well. This 11th century Tuscan farmhouse is nestled in the beautiful Florentine hills, amongst private gardens where you can enjoy al fresco dining. All rooms offer air conditioning and a flat-screen TV. Breakfast was excellent and a great choice of items. Staff were very efficient and polite. Nothing was too much trouble.

Hotel na skvělém místě v samém centru Florencie. Je možné přijet autem až k hotelu a personál zajistil odvoz auta do externích garáží. Skvělý a ochotný personál. Pokoj byl moderně zařízený a velmi dobře vybavený (velmi pohodlná postel a matrace). Skvělá snídaně. Určitě velmi dporučujeme, skvělý zážitek!

Ville Sull'Arno offers accommodation in Florence, right on the banks of the river Arno. It features a restaurant and a free wellness centre with an indoor pool, sauna, and Turkish bath. Beautiful location and the staff were very friendly and helpful. There is a free shuttle to the town and back several times a day

We’ve been in several locations around Italy and this was by far the best we’ve stayed in. We wished we could have stayed longer. Good location just across tram station so getting around was very easy. Very comfortable. Place was pristine. Had everything we needed including an Italian Espresso machine. Host was very helpful with luggage storage on arrival and departure. She left breakfast stuff for us and a lot of other essentials.
