The service standard is a representation of the highest level of Italian hospitality which I think is unmatched anywhere in western Europe (we have been to quite a few luxury hotels including almost all Belmonds in Italy and 4 Seasons and should have seen enough to make this comment). (Cristina and Lucia). In more specific terms, service is highly attentive and efficient. The hosts gave us very good restaurant recommendations. Last but not least, the breakfasts prepared by grandma of Lucia are stunningly good !

Villaggio Narrante - Cascina Galarej en Serralunga d'Alba cuenta con hospedaje de 4 estrellas con un bar. We had the suit and it’s just spectacular. The view over the valley from the bath is one in a million. The sauna, steam bath and pool are well set up. The garden has enough spots to chill out. And of course the wines from Fontana Freda and Borgogno well priced and so delicious.

The owner is very friendly and available if needed, it was easy to communicate with him as he speaks English very well, the location is great with an amazing view of the Alps and lots of stars at night, it's very calm around, there's lots to do in the area and beautiful villages to see, the bed is very comfortable and everything is pretty new which is nice We liked that the sheets and towels didn't smell like strong detergent as it's often the case in airbnb and that we could leave our compost on site!
