This 5-star design hotel is set in a quiet tree-lined boulevard in a residential area in the heart of Genoa, a 10-minute walk from the main shopping street XX Settembre and city centre. I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I must say the service was exceptional from start to finish. Upon arrival, I was delighted to find that the staff went above and beyond by personally picking up my car from the entrance and taking care of the parking. This level of service immediately set a positive tone for my stay. The staff's training was evident in their professionalism and attentiveness. They were not only courteous but also incredibly helpful and accommodating in every possible way. As a pet owner, I was particularly impressed by their thoughtfulness towards my dog. They promptly brought a plate for her, ensuring she was comfortable and well taken care of. This hotel truly understands the importance of guest satisfaction and pet-friendly amenities, making my stay not only comfortable but also memorable. I highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding service and welcoming atmosphere.

The property is one of 5 beautiful similar buildings on a wonderful street and location in Rapallo. Excellent base to explore local gems like Santa Margherita Ligure, Recco, and Camogli. Perfect location for everything, including the ferry and the local market along the street on certain days. We got lucky to experience the chocolate festival as well! The room was spacious with a great bathroom and the room had a perfect view right out to the water/beach/sunset. The breakfast is by far the best breakfast we have had at a non-brand name hotel in Europe! And as if it couldn't be any better, then there's the STAFF! Sara started us off on such a positive note with her very helpful and friendly emails prior to arrival, then to meet her in person was the icing on the cake. She is such a lovely caring person and she made us feel like family. She gave us fantastic restaurant recommendations. Elina greeted us also on arrival and when she found out we needed to check in quickly to make the ferry to Portofino (last one of the season), she immediately got us checked in quickly and then went out the door with us to show us exactly where to meet the ferry! And Greta. She is amazing and so friendly and incredibly helpful! We saw her often because she was working a lot, and she always greeted us like we were her brothers and with a big smile on her face. She helped with our requests and even created a small box to help us mail a package while there. All 3 of them helped us greatly while retrieving one of our pieces of luggage that was delayed and then had it placed in the room once it arrived. Needless to say, we loved our 6 days at this property and would come back in a heartbeat! Congrats on a winning place in every aspect and your staff are the best assets of all!

Set in over 16000 m² of tropical gardens, this luxury hotel is set on the seafront promenade, a 5-minute walk from Sanremo Casino. It features a modern spa and outdoor pool with large sun terrace. All was perfect - the food, the location and the staff were friendly & helpful. The rooms were clean & tidy and the parking was easy to go to. Will come again for sure.

Moc pěkný výhled z okna, milý personál, potěšila nás služba donášky večeře na pokoj, což nám vyhovovalo, dorazili jsme později a restaurace již byla plně rezervována.

A lovely apartment in a very good location. Its very comfortable and very well equipped. Lots of restaurants and shops around the area.

It was a magical place and experience you can't forget. Host of the villa is very friendly, warm and charming. The villa itself has this magical aura- you get the feeling that it's all just for you, attention to all the details. Breakfast was really nice, host was fulfilling our every wish. Room spacious, very authentic, clean, nice - true joy to stay there. Bathroom - modern classic- very nice, high quality products. I would definitely would come back. Spacious garden to spend time, eat breakfast or just rest. Kids friendly.
