The building and the rooms are beautifully renovated. Cleaning was exceptional. The sea and the main street with good restaurants are within 2 minutes of walking. The breakfast was good quality: a wide selection of sweet and salty dishes, pastries, hams, cheese. There was delicious home made bruschetta, and home made cakes too. There are gluten and lactose free options as well. Safe parking even for larger cars is possible both in the courtyard and on the street, but reserve in advance, as the spaces are limited. I have to mention the staff: Giacomo was the best host whom I ever met during my travels in the last 15 years across Europe. He is super nice, very polite and very helpful. He gave good restaurant advices, he even called and made reservations for us and for many places he can give discount vouchers too. There was also a very nice young girl, who baked the cakes which were amazing. We will definitely come back! Thank you!!

Online check-in for old folks is a pain but to be fair, even doing it on the same day as we did it worked well. We had secure outdoor parking for our bikes, a super clean room with (gold star!) a heated towel rail to dry our cycling gear. And breakfast was superb! 10/10 supported by the two ladies who were on hand to make sure everything was ok. No shortage of restaurants and bars near by. Very happy to recommend this place.

Offering a private beach area, just metres away, Relais "Torre Mozza" - Dimora d' Epoca is situated in Follonica in the Tuscany Region. Free WiFi is available. The total sum of the building, room, service, breakfast and the very excellent restaurant was beyond our expectations. Very unique building and breakfast service was excellent with make to order dishes, your choice of coffee made by order. The restaurant held a very high class, very nice presentation, taste and flavors was high as well as the ingredients.

It offers luxurious rooms, a Michelin-star restaurant and spa. wonderful facilities, location and staff with excellent food and accommodations. The food for lunch and dinner at the hotel restaurant is very good, but a bit overpriced

The accomodation was stunning , the staff were absolutely extraordinary with their warmth and care, attention to detail , the chef and owners were lovely people I would recommend this property to everyone we will be back
