Very clean and I had everything I needed and more. I really appreciate that everything was working well, the AC, shower, wifi,... Getting to the room was a little like going through escape room, but Marco made everything very clear and was always there to help. I especially loved the big bathroom and a balcony, I could stayed there for longer. Highly reccomend, especially for solo travelers!

Emidio gave me a warm welcome at the reception, and Maria and Pasqualina were extremely kind and attentive during breakfast service. The hospitality and attention to detail made my experience truly special. Highly recommended, 10/10!

They kept us informed and offered excellent suggestions on where to go and what to do in and around the city. They even went the extra mile by providing tips for the next city we were staying in, making our travels even more enjoyable. If you’re considering booking at Palazzo Zimara, don’t hesitate—this place is a gem, perfect for special occasions or simply indulging in a luxurious getaway. Highly recommended!
