This journey was truly wonderful. Right from when I stepped off the plane, they arranged transportation, as well as bookings at restaurants, and shuttles to the ski resort. Communicating via WhatsApp was incredibly helpful and ensured that there were no issues during my stay, which was comfortable every day. The room was immaculately cleaned, and the daily breakfast was delicious. The high-quality interior decor and speakers made even the time spent indoors after skiing very enjoyable. The best part was having a hot spring in the room. Enjoying the hot spring amidst the snowy landscape was an absolute highlight. I will definitely book here again for the next season. The concierge team were truly fantastic and worked great.

Está disponível estacionamento gratuito no local. the property was nice clean and comfortable. the staff is amazing and very friendly and very helpful when I lost my car keys on the slopes. they helped find me a locksmith that could make a new key for my car when my insurance company couldn’t help me. I highly recommend this place for anyone and any family. I will be staying here for now on when I make trips to Hakuba

A Pension Tomato está situada a 10 minutos de carro da Estância de Esqui Hakuba Happo-One e disponibiliza quartos espaçosos de estilo ocidental com uma área de loft. Close to the main road, amazingly friendly staffs, good size room with bath. Fridge, washing machine, ensuite bath, big kitchen space were available. We had 4 single beds in our room and was big enough for all 4 of us. The bed was comfortable too. The onsen in the shared area was also nice. You had to make reservations in advance to secure a 45min slot. One was only inside but the other had both inside and outside baths.

The location is 5 mins walk from escal plaza bus stop and 5 mins to the ski slope Groyu. We really appreciate the host, who helped us with information before we arrived and we followed the instructions and arrived safetly. The japaneese breakfast was traditional, tasted amazing and it was enough to kick start for skiing. There are some good restaurants nearby, good coffee and ski rental. This is a traditional ryokan, hence they provide with good mattress but you sleep on the tatami floor, we slept very well. Thank you very much to Keira and the team for offering us an amazing time, we felt like home!

Il Bosco situa-se em Hakuba e dispõe de acesso Wi-Fi gratuito, bicicletas gratuitas, um terraço e um restaurante. Overall the place exceeded our expectations. The whole place is spotless and our room is huge and very clean :) What made this place the best among the places we stayed in Japan is "Kiko". He is the caretaker of the place and he made sure that we are taken care of. From making our breakfast every morning and made sure the place are very clean and amazing. There is also a private onsen in which you can enjoy by yourself :) I would highly recommend this place and would stay there again if I return in Hakuba. The only downside is the distance of the bus stop which is around 15-20 mins walk, but Kiko again save us by driving us around. 11/10

Featuring a hot tub, massage treatments and tennis courts, Hotel La Neige offers rooms with a balcony and nature views. It provides a free shuttle service and free Wi-Fi. Their staff is second to none! They were just the best and outmost tentative and helpful. Any question or request we had, they assisted us with no issues and the highest professionalism. Always with a genuine smile and care. The facility is also superb and the room has everything we needed (including delicious snacks and drinks). Breakfast was good as well. We were sad we couldn’t stay there longer.

Great location - walking distance to the slopes, bars and restaurants. Very clean and very comfortable. Incredibly helpful staff especially the owner who went to great efforts to help us with everything we needed.
