Located in a 100 year-old Registered Tangible Cultural Property, Ryokan Hostel K's House is located in Shizuoka, a 7-minute walk from JR Ito Train Station. Everything. From the big, traditional room with view to the river to the friendly staff and relaxing onsen. I had read the reviews that it could get noisy as some guests aren't as quiet. But it was perfect for me. Relaxing, simply perfect.

The location was perfect for getting away from the busy streets of Tokyo, though I highly recommend renting a (small!) car to get here, as it is tucked away from public trsnsportation routes. Our room was clean, surprisingly well equipped and comfortable. Service was spot on, communication with our host was easy and quick. We never saw any of the staff though, which made the quality of service just that much more impressive. We were the only guests staying here at the time, so we had all facilities to ourselves (an introvert's dream). There were plenty of instructions in english for all the general how-tos, check-in and check-out was easy using the machine. Prepare to face some bugs around the area, we had a few interesting encounters with moths by the entrance. The room itself was equipped with bugspray and deterrents, though we didn't need them as our room was perfectly wildlife free. The bug screen in the private onsen kept the bugs at bay, allowing us to bathe and sleep while enjoying the sounds and smells of the surrounding nature!

Amazing location, great hotel. Food is absolutely amazing. Will be coming back. Petrol heads dream. Simulators were great fun too.

The best of the best of the best hotels on this planet, service, food, location, and rooms, all of it is TOP tier, I highly recommend this hotel to everyone who wants a quiet and cozy place to spend their vacation!

J-Garden se nachází v destinaci Ito a poskytuje ubytování s terasou a neplacené soukromé parkoviště pro hosty, kteří přijedou autem. The hosts took care of us and met us at the station and also gave us a lift on the way back. They do not speak English but communicate via google translator so this is not an issue. The property looks very unusual, feels like in a fairy tale) there is a private onsen available which we did not use as it was too hot (we were in summer). There is also the possibility to take onsen in the room so we utilised it as a foot onsen which was really appreciated after hikes along the Yogasaki coast. The train station is within 20 mins walk and one can use it to explore the Izu peninsula coast. We had a sea view from our room.

Beach Side Inn Shirahama se nachází jen 2 minuty chůze od pláže Shirahama v Shimoda a nabízí útulné přátelské ubytování s dřevěnými podlahami a nábytkem. K dispozici je jednoduchá snídaně zdarma. The place is very well managed and the hosts were extremely friendly, a good location if you're thinking of staying near shimoda but closer to the beaches. There were also 2 private onsens free of charge that we loved using and the free breakfast was nice as well. There was also free washing machine service provided. Drive slowly to reach the entrance because it's a tiny road

FUJI CALME Villa se nachází v destinaci Fudžinomija a nabízí volný vstup do vířivky. Jezero Kawaguči se nachází 43 km odtud. The house is very big and comfortable, close to the train station and a big shopping mall. The host is very kind and welcomed us with water and snacks. I was very impressed and will definitely come back to stay here again. We really like it here.

There are restaurants and cafes within 5-9min walk from the hotel. The host was so nice, came to pick us up from Izu-kogen station and took us to mt.Omuro in the morning ! Thank you so much !!
