Staying there we actually felt a little bit like Tom Hanks in Terminal movie 😀 There is easy acces to transport from the airport and also to all restaurants and shops. The rooms were bright and spacious with a lot of useful equipment which we loved. Everything was super clean. We loved and often used the gym and Onsen in the building.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, our expansive city views (Prestige corner room) were stunning - Tokyo Tower was so close and beautiful at night when it was lit up, the bathroom with its deep soaking tub and shower (rainfall, wand, and massaging jets) was loaded with amenities and toiletries. The pajamas and robe were soft and super comfortable. Service was attentive and gracious. We loved the breakfast buffet at Orchid - an extensive spread with both Japanese and Western offerings, delicious pastries, a station for made-to-order eggs, a nice balance of savory and sweet. There’s even a Lawson on street level of the building.

Below was the JR station, and shopping, food, and it is at the quieter side of Shibuya. I will definitely stay here again.

The immediate surrounding area was very atmospheric and had plenty to do. Recommend getting a reservation at Fuku nearby in particular- we ended up going twice! Friendly and helpful staff who helped us organise reservations, luggage transfer, and gave tips (Tsubasa's 'plan your next day whilst relaxing in the hot tub' tip deserves a special mention). We would go back in a heartbeat (and hope to one day!)
