Featuring great views of Mount Fuji and Lake Kawaguchi, Konanso boasts natural hot spring baths and large Japanese-style rooms with traditional tatami (woven-straw) flooring. The dinner was superb, many dishes are really tasty. breakfast selection was very good too and food selection was very wide. Room was spacious, has a view of the lake. Hotel facilities was great, very nice onsen, has laundry room and other guest friendly facilities. Staff was super helpful.

Offering beautiful Mount Fuji views from all rooms, public baths, and restaurants, Mizno Hotel is a 5-minute drive from Kawaguchiko Train Station. The view of Fujisan from the room was exceptional!!

Spacious, bright and clean apartment. Nice bathroom with separated toilet. Glimpse of Mt Fuji from the 1st floor apartment window. We only spent one night but found this to be the best value option in Kofu. Self check in was a multi step process as some of the reviews say buy it's ok if you follow the instructions in the right order. Have fun with it!

The staff was consistently very friendly, attentive, and always made us feel welcome. The room was impressively spacious, modern, and equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. I especially appreciated the high-quality furnishings – every detail was carefully thought out.

Clean, spacious, comfortable and have everything we needed We stayed one night and there was heavy snow but the dome was still warm. We took all our food with use as there isn't much locally. The owner arranged our cab to collect us in the morning and take us to Mishima station. It cost £150. Very helpful and friendly.

The place was as shown in the picture. It was very spacious and very clean. Very well equiped with all the electronics appliances especially if u want to do your own cooking. The bathtub with zakkuzi was amazing! Very satisfied with the stay!

We only stayed one night at this property while travelling through Japan, and honestly, that was the only regret—we wish we had stayed longer! Out of the five locations we visited, this was by far the best property we experienced. Everything was perfect: the location was excellent, the air conditioning was a dream (especially in the summer heat), and the beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable—a rare find! What truly stood out was the attention to detail. Nothing was overlooked when it came to our needs, and everything was thoughtfully prepared to make our stay seamless and enjoyable. Travelling with two teenagers can be a challenge, but even they agreed—this was the best place we stayed. That says it all! Thank you for making our short stay such a memorable one. We’ll definitely be recommending this property to friends and family, and we hope to return one day for a longer visit!
