Everything at the Villa was 10/10!! Sunith and Januka took such great care of us and made sure that everything we needed was taken care of. The breakfasts were great and the general level of service was incredible! We were also able to rent a motorbike at a good price and get a Tuk Tuk service from the train Station and a taxi up to Negambo through the hotel, making everything very easy!! We will definitely return on our next trip to Sri Lanka and can 100% recommend this place to anyone traveling in the area.

The beach was just across the river for which the owner provided a free boat service. The property was very well maintained, clean & comfortable. The deck facing the river was the icing on the cake. Owner couple were so friendly & accomodating. The breakfast was too good & fresh. Amber house also has a great menu for meals. The swimming pool was cool & clean.
