When I had a question or needed anything, they were prompt in their response. They also were kind enough to allow me a later checkout to accommodate my schedule. I highly recommend you book this place immediately.

I stayed in Ernests' unique townhouse with my family and the place was wonderful: huge common spaces and rooms, delightful sauna and hot tub and a location ideally close to historical city center, we did everything by foot.
