This Riad is relatively new, boasting only six beautifully designed rooms, but it already sets a gold standard for service and style. The infrastructure is modern yet authentically Moroccan, blending traditional design with comfort and luxury. The warm welcome with Moroccan tea was the perfect beginning to an unforgettable stay. What stood out the most was the breakfast – an extensive, delicious, and beautifully presented spread that I looked forward to more than any meal during my trip. From freshly baked bread and pastries to traditional Moroccan delights, it was a breakfast I will remember for a long time. The rooftop is another highlight: a cozy and stylish seating area with a Jacuzzi and breathtaking panoramic views of the city. It’s the perfect spot to unwind after a day exploring the medina. To top it off, I discovered that the owner's brother runs a nearby restaurant called Fondouk Bazaar, just a 5-minute walk from the Riad. At first, I didn’t realize it was part of the same family, but once I dined there, everything made sense – the quality, cleanliness, and service mirrored what I experienced at the Riad. The food was absolutely incredible, with an open kitchen and immaculate atmosphere. Hands down, one of the best meals I had in Morocco. Riad Dar Timrad is a rare find – a place where luxury, warmth, and authenticity meet. The owner truly goes above and beyond to ensure every guest is taken care of, and it shows in every detail. If you’re coming to Fes, I can’t wait to return :)

Providing private parking, the riad is 1.4 km from Batha Square. The accommodation provides a hot tub, free WiFi throughout the property and family rooms. Very hospitable and they even organized some bland food and medicine when I became sick from eating elsewhere. The staff was helpful and gave recommendations of the area. The beds were comfortable and the rooms spacious.

All units in the riad are fitted with a kettle. Featuring a private bathroom with a hot tub and a hair dryer, some units at the riad also boast a terrace. At the riad, every unit comes with bed linen and towels. Absolutely gorgeous riad in a perfect location within easy walking distance of the Medina. Friendly and helpful hosts, delicious breakfast and friendly tortoises!

Quality Moroccan cuisine is served in your choice of two restaurants or the lounge. Breakfast is served in the courtyard. The location of the place is perfect, staff is very welcoming and of good advice. The room was just as expected and the food (breakfast and dinner) was delicious. Our 2-year old daughter was always so warmly welcome she misses the hotel already. We really felt at home during this vacation, thank you for everything.

The spacious apartment comes with 2 bedrooms, a flat-screen TV with cable channels and a fully equipped kitchen that provides guests with an oven, a fridge, a washing machine, a stovetop and kitchenware. The parquet floors, fireplace and peaceful vibe add to the ambience of the room. The accommodation is non-smoking. I really recommend this appartment, it's spacious, comfortable and beautiful. Nice with the pool and guard there 24/7. The host was really friendly, welcoming and helped us with everything. It's located central near cafes and restaurants. Also close to the grand market by car. I also appriciated the parking slot in the garage, close to the elevator and guarded as well.

Set on the Andalusian Palace and Garden Route, this Patrician house is a 750 m walk from Boujloud Square. It dates from the end of the 19th century and now features a Spa and a heated swimming pool.

Mayfez offers luxury suites with a seating area, an LCD TV. Each one has been individually decorated and some also provide a private balcony with views of the 1000m² garden. Luxurious Riad and we were pleasantly surprised by the interior designs and the cleanliness. Breakfast was pretty decent. The staffs were one of the most accommodating we seen in Morocco. They offered to walk us to the Main Street and if we are lost, they were just a call away to pick us up! ( quite easy to find your way back if you use google map ).
