The exceptional service from the staff truly stood out; they were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. I also appreciated the top-notch amenities, including the lovely infinity rooftop pool and the delicious on-site restaurant that showcased Mediterranean flavors.

We loved it and we are planning to come back! This was the first time we visited Xcaret and it was such an amazing experience we can't wait to experience more of it!! Safe, closed neighborhood, new building with very clean, and quite large swimming pool in the courtyard. Very well equipped rooms, including kitchenware. Impeccably clean. Nice common area, very pleasant and friendly staff.

The place is very peaceful, lot of different yoga classes and activities. Very good and healthy food in the restaurant. It is located in the jungle and it’s also interesting to see their Art Walk. Definitely recommended!
