A large suite with a seating area and terrace. To bathroom is huge with very nice amenities. Staff are welcoming and cooperative. We tried the room service, buffet, and different restaurants in the hotel, all were fantastic. The beach was the best part in this trip. Turquoise water and sandy beach. The entertainment program in the hotel is good and creative. Mexican nigh, piano, magic show. There is a different program for every night. We got an upgrade and a very delicious cake because we were celebrating our anniversary. Grand fiesta Americana Will be my first choice when I can back to Cancun.

It's only a 15 minute walk from Xcaret park, and they can help you book the tickets. The staf speaks excellent English and are extremely friendly. They gave us a lot of tips and even bananas to feed the monkeys! Breakfast is okay, dinner is good. They don't offer a lot of traditional Mexican dishes, but as we were travelling for 3 weeks already we didn't mind the international kitchen.
