Landgoed de Wilmersberg is beautifully located in a stunning green setting in Twente with free private parking. This 4-star hotel includes a wellness centre, a tennis court and an indoor pool. Nice property and with a welcoming staff. Wendy was specially very nice to us. We told her in passing that we are there for our anniversary and they had a nice breakfast surprise waiting for us. The spa are is compact and nice and they allow you to use it on the day of checkout the whole day aa well which gives good value for money

Everything fits together so well, the furniture and accessories are unique and stylish. From the plants to the cutlery, everything was thoughtfully designed. It was spacious and cozy, everything is just like in the pictures. We also used the sauna and hot tub, which was a nice extra.

We chose the location specifically to sample rural Dutch life, out with the tourist areas of Amsterdam and other cities. The closest small town is Haarle, which is only a five minute drive away, which is very pleasant and well maintained. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay. The location provided the opportunity to drive into Amsterdam, Nijmegen and other areas within Holland and it was only roughly a 90-minute drive into Osnabruck in Germany. The hosts were friendly and helpful when asked for information about supplies and bike rental, responding quickly with relevant information.
