I was picked up at the airport. All the staff is so kind. Breakfast is a buffet with different options everyday. Perfectly clean. I had complimentary spa access which was relaxing. The location is more than perfect, in Thamel but in a quiet street, where there is a small grocery, a beauty salon, a good restaurant, a small eatery and a yoga studio and a cafe (All recommended) They even kept my luggage for days free of charge.
