Fabulous! And at the sunset an extraordinary mix of coulors! -We liked very much to bath and swim in the heated pool, with the view onto the mountains. - The room by itself (room with canyon view) was very good, with a table and 2 chairs on the balcony to enjoy the view. - The staff was very nice and helpful : reception, swimming pool, dinner/ breakfast.

Perched 2000 metres above sea level, Alila Jabal Akhdar is an ultra-luxurious resort with views of the Al Hajar Mountains. It was a truly amazing experience. At check-in we upgraded the room to mountain view with two terraces with comfy lounge and deck chairs. The resort is wonderfully built with stones and wood and integrated into the extraordinary landscape with huge canyons and cliff, placed right at the cliff in a height of close to 2000m. They offer a range of activities, archery, mixing drinks, yoga and meditation as well as a vis ferrata. The food choice at breakfast and in the evening is excellent with very nice service and great views and atmosphere. A once in a lifetime experience, a really hard time for us to say goodbye. 😀

Beautiful bathroom. Great courtyard and splashpool. Attentive host. Centrally located. Lots of dining choices close by. Bowl with snacks and extra water lovely touch. Feels like everything was thought of and very well thought out!!! Good aircon for heat or cooling.
