We stayed in an amazing house in the heart of the desert - clean, cozy, cool thanks to the air conditioning, and around there is silence and endless dunes. Everything here is done with soul. The owner is an incredibly kind and attentive person, as is his entire team. We were greeted like old friends. Breakfasts and dinners are a separate story. Each meal was like a small holiday: aromatic dishes, a wide choice and amazing taste! Unexpectedly for the desert - but here the cuisine is at the level of the best restaurants. And also activities: riding on the dunes, sunset walks, stars above your head, as if from another reality. This place gives not just comfort, but emotions and memories for a lifetime. The accommodation offers 4-star accommodation with a hot tub and hot spring bath. Alsaif camp was probably one of the best accommodations I’ve ever stayed at and I travel quite frequently. The villas are beautiful and the value for money is excellent. You get a private swimming pool, good AC, a spacious room with a large TV, and in-room dining and breakfast (for an additional fee). After the dinner, the owner took us to a campfire in the dunes behind the accommodation where he explained us the history of Oman while serving us tea and stargazing. Simply unforgettable. We also purchased a sunrise tour and we were picked up at 5:50 am sharp. Another big plus is the location. The villas are right at the edge of the village — literally where the road ends and the desert begins — so we could drive there with our regular car and park right in front of the villa. No need for a 4x4 or expensive transfers like I’ve seen in some other places. I’m so happy we chose this place. The team was super responsive on WhatsApp whenever we needed anything. Can’t recommend it enough!

It is far way better even than a 5 star hotel! We booked the bubble room and in first night we were alone at the property like we owned the place. Although we could stay in any of other rooms inside hotels which were also perfect super new rooms with 5 star views but we prefered to stay in the bubble for our very first time.Super clean, decent breakfast (only this needs attention) but you have a kitchen, bbq and very close (by car) a supermarket and you will feel like home eventually. And last but not least Mister Majed, the external partner which makes activities in Wahiba Sands and also the guy who helps to have a smooth check in before you arrive, is an outstanding person who fulfil every inquiry and makes our stay even better. So if you havent booked anything for safari or other activities in the area, Mr. Majed will take care for you for very reasonable prices.
