Due to my delayed luggage the boss himself and the others in the reception met my needs, helped me acquire maintenance items and even helped me communicating with the airline concerning delivery of my luggage - all without hesitation. I was even offered postponed checkout which helped me alot.

Everything - Front Office, Housekeeping, Food and Beverage, Spa, Engineering and Landscaping, Security, Kitchen. Every single detail during my stay was incredible. Spa was the best!

Fantastic place. Staff was very helpful and friendly- especially the reception staff. Clean rooms with big comfortable beds. Highly recommend.
