Due to my delayed luggage the boss himself and the others in the reception met my needs, helped me acquire maintenance items and even helped me communicating with the airline concerning delivery of my luggage - all without hesitation. I was even offered postponed checkout which helped me alot.

Aranwa is set on a sumptuous 17th century hacienda on the road to Machu Pichu. Luxurious facilities include a swimming pool, a spa featuring alternative medicine treatments and a museum. it's actually a wonderfully equipped resort, and the price of 150 euros per night, for a gorgeous, huge room with a view of the river... is excellent! Wonderful park with lake with exotic plants The restaurant is a bit better, like the breakfast, the chef is very kind, local live music every evening... everyone tries to make you satisfied!tic fish, very rich and beautifully landscaped garden, Hacienda house... you have to stay more than 2 days like we did.....

Part of Tierra Viva Hotels Chain, this property is located in Urubamba, the heart of the Sacred Valley, 60 km from the centre of Cusco and only 11 km from Ollantaytambo, the starting point to explore... Fantastic place. Staff was very helpful and friendly- especially the reception staff. Clean rooms with big comfortable beds. Highly recommend.

The host was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the property itself was perfect for our family of four. We booked the quad room, which was surprisingly spacious — our two teenage boys especially appreciated having their own beds after long days of exploring. The location couldn’t be better, with plenty of food options, cafés, and markets just steps away. One of the highlights was that our host filled and heated the jacuzzi just for us — such a thoughtful touch and a great way to relax in the evenings. We would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Also transportation from airport to hotel was included with the stay. We asked for massages and the owner got someone in less than an hour. She massaged us three back to back, which was the best. We also got a driver to drive us around the town and to see pisac ruins which the hotel owner arranged for us. The hotel is near by the Urubamba train station,like 10minutes away so I booked our Machu Picchu train from there.
