Location is super convenient, close to the natural pools and with enough parking spaces (either underground at the hotel, or the parking next door). Super helpful and friendly staff, willing to give recommendations for your days in Madeira. Breakfast, even though in a different building close by, was also delicious with multiple savory and sweet options. The room was spacious, with enough equipment to make your own food in the studio if you want. The bed and the pillows we also comfortable and the small terrace of the room gives enough space to relax after your excursions.

We also got a welcome drink as a surprise and all staff were most welcoming and helpful.

The property has city and quiet street views, and is 4.1 km from Quinta das Palmeiras. Featuring family rooms, this property also provides guests with an outdoor fireplace. The hosts were wonderfully kind and open, the breakfast was excellent, and the house had a welcoming atmosphere. We truly felt at home and very comfortable throughout our stay.
