Atlantida Mar is a contemporary hotel featuring designer guestrooms with panoramic views. The staff was lovely, we felt very welcomed, they also helped us with taxis to go around the island and advised us for restaurants. The room was clean and the ocean view stunning, the breakfast was continental, various things to eat and the food was good quality. We will definitely come back for our next visit. Exceptionally high quality antique and modern furniture, carpets, bedding,robes , outdoor furniture etc... and entire place decoration! It feels chic and classy but at the same time gives a very warm and comfortable feeling. I don't have enough words to express how beautiful and taken care by the staff I had felt as well- they hospitality training is well above 5 stars hotels !!! Breakfast was to die for ! ....I feel I could go on and on talking about this beautiful place! A must to visit if one wants to feel pampered 🤩😍🥰🙏

We greatly enjoyed our stay with Paula and Luís. The room was clean, we had an amazing view right from the bed, the room was nicely styled, and fresh bread every morning. The hosts were exceptionally kind; they answered questions, gave great advice for restaurants and places to see and go, and the tour of the farm was an joy. We will definitely be coming back the next time we visit the Açores islands.

Situated within 1.3 km of Zona Balnear da Prainha Beach and 2.5 km of Silveira Beach, Retiro dos Ingleses provides rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Angra do Heroísmo. Beautiful property! We rented the two units on ground floor (we were two families) for 4 nights, it was perfect for us. Everything was very clean, comfortable, quiet. AC in each room. We were greeted by the host who was very nice, easy to communicate with, responsive, also gave us great recommendations. Appreciated the complimentary fruit basket and sweets, coffee pods and tea bags. Pool and jaccuzzi were great, the kids loved it. Beautiful view. Easy to park in the area. Possible to walk downtown but with young kids, we prefered taking the car because the walk back is quite steep. Don’t hesitate to ask host for items such as drying rack or beach umbrella.

We stayed at Hugo's place for 5 days in May. It's located in a small village facing the ocean. It was a great base to visiting the whole island (most sights are 20 minutes away by car and the road to Angra is absolutely gorgeous). The house is amazing, fully equipped and very comfortable. There is a balcony facing the ocean, an outdoor dining space with a BBQ and there's, of course, the pool, jacuzzi and even a sauna (they are shared with the guests of Hugo's other house)! Hugo was a very welcoming and helping host, he left us a breakfast basket and he has a collection of wine bottles that are sold at very convenient prices. A perfect stay, I would love to come back!

The host is a singularly informative and warm person. Extremely hardworking and it shows in the property. The property itself is a wonderful place. Breakfast was great. And speaking as an American, the big pot of coffee was a nice surprise. One particular highlight was when the host cooked alcatra for us.

The location is next to the ocean, amazing pool, Jacuzzi and Sauna. The house is equipped with everything you need. The host is super helpful and kind. The whole space is super clean.
