The staff was lovely, we felt very welcomed, they also helped us with taxis to go around the island and advised us for restaurants. The room was clean and the ocean view stunning, the breakfast was continental, various things to eat and the food was good quality. We will definitely come back for our next visit. Set 400 metres from Silveira Beach, Azores Book Hotel offers 4-star accommodation in Angra do Heroísmo and features a garden, a shared lounge and a bar. This is a lovely hotel. Modern yet has a vintage feel in the main building. Spa like facilities . Great breakfast , wonderful staff. Fabulous value. “Run don’t walk” to book this hotel. I will be recommending this to anyone I know who travels to Terciera

Basalto Negro AL in Angra do Heroísmo has a garden and a shared lounge. Featuring bicycle parking, this property also provides guests with a picnic area. The room is very welcoming and decorated with lots of love and attention to detail, such as fresh lavender from the garden. It felt like a home, not an accommodation. The bed was heaven and felt like sleeping on clouds, the kitchen is well equipped and Paula, the host, treats the guests to an extra dose of hospitality. I was even lucky enough to meet their sweet dog, Luna, who has the gentlest soul. The location is great, since nothing is really far on Terceira, supermarkets are close by and the view from the garden is beautiful. Sadly I did not have the time to visit the farm and meet the calves because my stay was too short, but I would have loved to. I had the most wonderful time.

Responsive and gracious host, beautifully decorated property with all the right essentials (photos are a true representation of the property). Very clean facilities, strong aircon, breathtaking views of town and ocean, nice outdoor pool and indoor jacuzzi, easy checkin and access, great quiet location, kids loved it. We are already referring friends and family to this property!

Set in Praia da Vitória, Quinta Rico - House II offers a patio with pool and city views, as well as a year-round outdoor pool, sauna and hot tub. We stayed at Hugo's place for 5 days in May. It's located in a small village facing the ocean. It was a great base to visiting the whole island (most sights are 20 minutes away by car and the road to Angra is absolutely gorgeous). The house is amazing, fully equipped and very comfortable. There is a balcony facing the ocean, an outdoor dining space with a BBQ and there's, of course, the pool, jacuzzi and even a sauna (they are shared with the guests of Hugo's other house)! Hugo was a very welcoming and helping host, he left us a breakfast basket and he has a collection of wine bottles that are sold at very convenient prices. A perfect stay, I would love to come back!

Quinta do Rossio, Rural Tourism in Biscoitos provides adults-only accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, a garden and a terrace. A sauna is available for guests, along with a hot tub. The host is a singularly informative and warm person. Extremely hardworking and it shows in the property. The property itself is a wonderful place. Breakfast was great. And speaking as an American, the big pot of coffee was a nice surprise. One particular highlight was when the host cooked alcatra for us.

Featuring a spa bath, Hello Terceira is set in Angra do Heroísmo. Boasting a 24-hour front desk, this property also provides guests with a picnic area. Hosts were exceptional in communication/ giving check in details ahead of time / incredible details about Terceira for visitors. It was self check in and the hosts were even able to allow us to check in early. Property was very very close to main city Angra and only 20 minutes from the airport. Hosts provided welcome treats!
