The room was amazing, so spacious, clean and luxurious. Very kind hosts who made us feel very welcome. We were able to store our bicycles securely overnight. The breakfast was fantastic and we sat eating it looking over the river. Would highly recommend staying.

But the best host is Simon he was so busy, short because two staff were sick operation, but he took his time to embrace everyone good by!! During our few days there he was very attentive and always making sure the guest were having a good time at his place.. Hotel Balnea Superior is located in the magnificent surroundings of Dolenjske Toplice, offering great wellness services and cosy, airy rooms. We have never stayed in such a comfortable and friendly hotel. The room, atmosphere and the spa facilities were all superb.

Hotelul Kristal are un pasaj subteran care duce la piscinele interioare. The front desk staff are THE BEST! They helped me with a million questions, were so kind and welcoming every time I stopped by, and we're just overall some of the best, most welcoming hotel staff I've ever interacted with! The hotel itself has lovely old charm and is ornate and gorgeous, but the rooms are still modern and updated. I was in a room by the elevator but didn't even notice the noise. I had a delightful view onto the courtyard. The spa and wellness area is fantastic with many different options, both for pools and for services. I was able to book 2 services at the last minute, and they were lovely and reasonably priced. Breakfast was FANTASTIC. A great buffet with a variety of selections. I was just sad I'm not very hungry in the mornings so I couldn't eat more.

It had everything we could possibly need — a fully equipped kitchen, relaxing sauna, hot tub, a huge terrace, and the most breathtaking view. The area is peaceful and surrounded by nature, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The house was very clean, and the thoughtful touch of wine and cookies made us feel so welcome. The host was incredibly kind, responsive and flexible with check-in and check-out. Honestly, I would recommend this place to everyone — if I could, I’d rate it higher than 10!
