The hotel is in an excellent location, the rooms were extremely clean, and the breakfast was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially the security guard who arranged all the transportation and trips. They also organized the airport transfer, which made our arrival and departure much easier. The surroundings are beautiful, and the pool provides a nice space to relax. Everything was perfect, I definitely recommend it!

The hotel is located near the airport, about 15 minutes by car. The room was very beautiful, spacious with a balcony. The bathroom was great and had a working hot tub. Free drinking water was replenished every day. The breakfasts were very nice and the food offer was varied. The hotel staff was very nice and willing to fulfill every request. There was also a pool towel in the room. The hotel also offers a cheap shuttle to the airport. A large number of restaurants and a night market are within walking distance. The hotel also offers various excursions. Hotel je umístěn blízko letiště, asi 15minut jízdy autem. Pokoj byl velmi krásný, prostorný s balkonem. Koupelná byla skvělá a měla i funkční vířivku. Každý den byla doplnována voda na pitít zdarma. Snídaně byly velmi pěkné a nabídka jídla byla pestrá. Pesronál hotelu byl velmi milý a ochotný splnit každý požadavek. Na pokoji byl i bazénový ručník. Hotel nabízý i levný odvoz na letiště. V docházkové vzdálenosti se nachází velké množství restaurací a noční trh. V hotelu lze i využít nabídku různých výletů.

We just spent two nights at The Old City Rooms in the heart of Chiang Mai, and we couldn't have been happier with this place. The room was very comfortable and clean providing a perfect retreat after exploring the city. The staff was really helpful, always ready to assist with a smile, making our stay even more enjoyable. The location is absolutely perfect for exploring Chiang Mai's Old City, everything is within easy walking distance. A huge bonus was the on site spa. It's incredibly well equipped with two ice baths, one magnesium hot bath, one steam room, one Finnish sauna, and one infrared sauna. It was the ideal way to relax and rejuvenate after a day of sightseeing. We will definitely coming back !

Experience timeless hospitality at Chiang Mai Marriott Hotel, the only Marriott International property in Chiang Mai. The hotel location is great. It overlooks the night market, which means its nice and quiet during the day and lively and colorful at night. It is walking distance to the old city and to many excellent restaurants. The staff is extremely friendly. Would like to call out concierge Krit: he was exceptionally forthcoming with help and information.
