The staff were excellent and genuinely try their best to make sure we had a good time. Any issues they will immediately come to help us and very helpful from the moment we arrive to the hotel. Location is close to central, the hotel also has transfers at 6pm free of charge for residents to popular locations based on the day. Breakfast is excellent, they even provide a service making fresh omlette or fried egg and bake fresh roti in the morning in addition to an international cuisine. I am very happy with our stay.

It is right at the center of the old town where plenty of restaurants, cafes, shops, and massage places abound. It is also a short walking distance to the two most popular temples in old town Chiangmai. We were particularly pleased and pleasantly surprised when the long road next to the hotel was turned into a night shopping street (apparently this is done every Sunday). Right outside the Old City Spa, is a stand alone travel & tours outlet which sells all the famous Chiangmai day tours at a discount. You cannot find anything cheaper elsewhere. This hotel really has every advantage in terms of location. We also love our room. It is quite big and very clean. The beds are comfortable, and the block out curtains helped us have a good night sleep. But the best part of The Old City Rooms is the kindness of the owner. They responded to all our queries in a timely manner, accommodated all our requests, made sure we are always comfortable, and in our last day they even allowed us to use the shower after our day tour before our flight even if it was way beyond check out time (we we're also lucky nobody booked the room for that day so we were allowed to check out late). When you stay at this hotel, do not miss the spa experience, which they offer for guests at a huge discount. Amazing spa facilities. We enjoyed everything especially the ice plunge. This hotel is highly recommended and will be my only go-to hotel every time I'm in Chiangmai.

Our stay was excellent: the room and bathroom were spacious and spotless, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The hotel’s pool and gym are top-notch, and the breakfast offered a wide, delicious variety. Management went above and beyond with a thoughtful welcome bag of quality chocolates and juice and a charming souvenir at check-out. Great management and service throughout — we will definitely be back.

We loved everything about this hotel ; the location is ideal, right in the heart of the old city, close to temples, cafés, and the Sunday Walking Street. The staff were wonderful, always smiling and helpful, making us feel truly cared for. We were especially impressed by all the complimentary activities and experiences the hotel offers, from the relaxing massage sessions to the daily tea time ; it really added a special touch to our stay. The property itself is beautiful, calm and very well maintained, and the rooms are comfortable and spotless. We felt very much at home here. We highly recommend Phra Singh Village to anyone visiting Chiang Mai ; we will definitely return!

Experience timeless hospitality at Chiang Mai Marriott Hotel, the only Marriott International property in Chiang Mai. I mixed up my reservation and I had booked through booking.com the woman at the Marriott went out of her way to accommodate me.They were so kind and accommodating. I could not have asked for more.
