Its clean, beautiful, quiet and well located. Karin and Ciril the hosts are the sweetest, since the moment I entered to this place I felt good connection, enjoyed the conversations and they were always super helpful! I liked the Saturday dinner they make, they used to have a restaurant in France so dinner was delicious!

Everything was perfect, the communication with the owner, Win the lady that takes care of the villa , the rooms are beutifull and clean the facilities, the swimming pool , everything was perfect. Even when it was raining we could seat outside at the outdoor salon. We used the grill and the laundry machine and it worked great When we arrived Win helped us rent a bike in a good price, she brought it to the villa with a helmet for the child . The kitchen is super well equipped. I've stayed in a lot of villas and hotel and this one is definitely my favorite. At this location you will need a bike or a car but it 4-7 min from prime location You feel a part of nature hearing the sounds of the jungle enjoying watching small frogs and fireflies .

Situated in Koh Phangan, Casa Luxe 3 features accommodation with private pool, free WiFi and free private parking for guests who drive. The villa is brand new, true to the pictures. The staff were nice, there was a pool guy who comes every morning to clean the pool for us as well as housekeeping service, we chose to have every 2 days. Communication with the manager Ford was very easy she helped us to rent motorbikes and shared with us few recommendations!
