The staff is extremely friendly (Miss Spy was very helpful), They found and arranged everything we wanted (transportation, cooking class...). The hotel is very clean, spacious, tastefully furnished and has a wonderful ambience. We had a big room with a kitchenette, a small laundry corner with a washing machine and a really beautiful bathroom (a large bathtub, separate shower, automatic toalet...). The bed is extra large and incredibly comfortable. The breakfast is wonderfully varied and delicious.

Absolutely everything. Nothing compares. They do everything to make your stay enjoyable. Checked us in when we arrived around 1. Room was fabulous. Loved the decor. Had everything in it you could possibly need. Pool area is gorgeous. Breakfast buffet the best ever and all delicious. Let us stay and use facilities as our flight wasn’t until midnight. We were there for their ceremony for turning in the Christmas lights and free drinks and nibbles. Nothing a bother. A lovely way to finish our hols. Thank you all so much. Highly recommend to anyone coming to Bangkok.

In addition, during our stay, our second child sustained a head insury after jumping and hitting his head on a coffee table. Fortunately, BNH hospital is located directly across the street, so we were able to reach the emergency room within 15 minutes of the incident.

Almost everything. The reading nook, the staff, the rooms were quiet. The beds were comfy. They had great selection of things to watch during rainy periods of the day. A shuttle takes us to the BTS train station. 7Eleven is down the street (super handy if you forget something or are addicted to Thailand’s coke offerings). The staff & management are top notch especially Naye ;She was just A+ both of my stays. And the POOL!!!!! Almost a month later and I’m still missing my Shan family.

One thing that might take a little getting used to is the pool water, which is salty and mineralized. Children, in particular, may need some time to adapt, and even for adults, the first dip can be a bit surprising. However, the pool itself is wonderful—no crowds, plenty of free sun loungers, and a relaxing atmosphere. The rooms, all featuring balconies, are well-designed and cleaned daily. A complimentary airport transfer is a great added convenience. Breakfast is generous and diverse, combining classic options with local flavors—there’s something for everyone. The hotel’s location is fantastic, right next to the Old Town and just steps away from a beautiful park entrance. We are truly grateful for a wonderful stay and would like to send our best regards to the entire hotel staff. We hope to return someday!

Located only a 4-minute drive to the beach, Aonang Hill Krabi-SHA Extra Plus boasts comfortable accommodation, ranging from a dormitory room to a villa. Everything was great, the facilties, the room and the view was fantastic :)
