This was truly one of the most comfortable and enjoyable stays I’ve ever had in Turkey. The check-in was fast and smooth, and they even upgraded my room to a more suitable one since I was traveling with a child — which I really appreciated. Everything was clean, well-organized, and perfectly maintained. The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and professional. The outdoor heated pool was one of the highlights of the hotel, and the spa was exceptionally clean and relaxing. Even the sports shop inside the hotel was beautiful, and I ended up buying a few things from there. Overall, everything about my stay was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

Renovated in 2019, this 5-star hotel offers luxurious rooms with a flat-screen TV in Bursa city centre. Facilities include 4 restaurants, a spa and an outdoor pool with a terrace overlooking the city.... The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. It is the best spa I have used in any hotel including four seasons. The young man proposing to his future wife in the restaurant was a delightful highlight.

Located just 200 metres from Ataturk Museum, this 5-star luxury hotel offers panoramic views of Bursa with a backdrop of the famous Uludag Mountain. The surroundings of the property was lovely, own little sanctuary - nice to be away from the hustle and bustle. The location was perfect for enjoying the snowy scenery. A special thanks to Gülkan, the bellman, who was extremely helpful and polite throughout my stay. His kindness and professionalism made my experience even better. I truly appreciate his assistance and warm hospitality! Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Uludağ!
