The luxurious Shangri-La Far Eastern,Taipei, features spectacular views of Taipei 101 and the city skyline. The offers a rooftop pool, a fitness centre and a spa. Beautiful property! Everything is so clean and well maintained. Comfortable bed (maybe a bit more on the firm side, if that matters to someone), and the bathroom is so big (amazing water pressure). The service is excellent - the front desk was so helpful when we had questions about transportation and exchanging money. The breakfast buffet is a nice mix of western options with Taiwanese and other Asian offerings. The location is also great as it’s a 5 minute walk to the Brown line and about a 10-15 minute walk to the Red line. I highly recommend this hotel!

I got free room upgrade! Sauna and private hot bath tub are provided in my room. Bathroom and toilet are separated in the room. Room is huge enough and Japanese style toilet bowl. 3. Facilities are in good condition. I like the shampoo and body wash provided. Welcome cookies are provided in room. 4. Room is clean. 5. There are 3 hot spring pools in the public bath area - Cold tub (18C - 19C), Jacuzzi bath (38C - 39C) and hot tub (42C - 43C). Bath areas and storage are provided in the public bath area. After the taking the onsen, you can enjoy tea time and drinks provided by the resort. 6. Good breakfast and it was nice. 7. The hotel is near to few attractions - Public Library, Beitou Hot Spring Museum, etc (However, Thermal Valley is a little bit far from the hotel) 8. Overall good! Highly recommend you to spend most of your time here to enjoy to the fullest possible.
