The room was well designed, with good space even disabled friendly. The lift was big and we could all go at once with all our luggage in it. We did not have breakfast so can not comment on that. Location very good walking distance to the sea. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Dont be afaraid to stay in old town. Very depressed but safe area. Improvements are underway to revitalize the area. Good location, walking distance to the old port and old port market (excellent food) and equally to the Plaza de Indepdencia, NH hotel for indoor(with AC and excelle t coffee/breakfast and dinner menu) and Our group would stay there again and again.

The property is modern, clean with excellent amenities such as on site laundry, games room with pool table, ping pong and large screen tv. The rooftop pool is great and so is the spa with the whirlpool and sauna. The location is unbeatable with very close proximity to a large and modern shopping centre, supermarket and tons of restaurants. Being across from the beach was also a major bonus as we walked on the promenade day and night. Punta Carretas is a very safe, upscale neighborhood with great bus service to downtown and the old historic town. The staff at the hotel was very accommodating and friendly. The room was large and clean with a comfortable bed and awesome shower.
